Backyard Social Events: Your Spring 2026 Calendar for Family Fun, Local Music, and Community Hangouts

Your Spring & Summer Social Calendar Has Arrived — and Backyard Social Is Ready

Spring is here, and Backyard Social is turning up the volume. From live concerts and themed nights to community events and holiday celebrations, we’ve packed the next few months with reasons to get out, gather your people, and make memories. Here’s everything coming your way — mark your calendars, because you won’t want to miss a single one.

March: Setting the Stage

We’re kicking things off strong. On March 28th, roll out your mat and join us for a free yoga class on the lawn — no ticket needed, just good vibes and fresh air on P3. It’s the kind of morning that reminds you why living in Southwest Florida is something special.

Then on March 29th, we’re bringing the heat with LANCO live at Backyard Social. Dawson Anderson opens at 3:30pm before LANCO takes the stage from 8:30 to 10:00pm. Country music, cold drinks, and an outdoor venue built for nights like this — it doesn’t get much better.

April: Something for Everyone

April is where things really take off. We’ve got a full month of events that span brunch, live music, community, and everything in between.

Easter weekend (April 5th) is going to be one for the books. We’re hosting an Easter Brunch complete with bunny pictures, crafts, an Easter egg hunt, relay races, a hula hoop contest, and peep-themed drinks available all weekend long. Bring the family — this one’s for everyone.

The very next day, April 6th, we’re gathering around the big screen for the March Madness Championship Game. Come for the basketball, stay for the energy.

On April 11th, our beloved Yappy Hour returns — spring-themed and better than ever. We’re partnering with the Community Cooperative for a dog food drive, welcoming a local dog celebrity, and setting up a dog pen for all the four-legged guests. Frenchie lovers, this one’s especially for you. Aileen is leading the charge — bring a dog toy and leave one behind. After April, Yappy Hour goes quarterly, so don’t miss this one before the summer hiatus.

April 16th brings a night of good music and good energy with Donovan Frankenreiter live — the kind of show that has you swaying before you even realize it.

April 18th, Baila takes over. Need we say more?

April 25th is a full-on Ella Langley-themed country night — dress the part, bring your boots, and get ready to two-step.

We close out the month on April 26th with our Spring Market, featuring 15 vendors and the debut of our Blues & Brews Brunch with Slim Tronics — the official launch of our summer Blues & Brews series. This one is a morning-to-afternoon hang you’ll want to linger in.

And on April 30th, we’re honored to host the Harlan Foundation for a special evening with around 100 guests. Sip on our signature Mint Julep as we support a great cause.

May: Caps, Crowns & Celebrations

May opens with a weekend full of excitement. May 2nd is Kentucky Derby Day — dust off your finest hat and join us for the most fashionable day in sports. We’re doing a hat and best dressed contest, and the Mint Julep is flowing all day.

It’s also graduation weekend, and we are throwing FGCU the send-off they deserve. Come in your cap and gown for a free glass of champagne — because you earned it. Keep an eye out for our FGCU grad party through Eventbrite.

May 5th is Cinco de Mayo — festive, fun, and full of flavor. Stay tuned for more details.

May 14th, the Dave Matthews Tribute Band takes the stage for a night of timeless music and great energy.

And May 29th — mark it as tentative for now — could bring Tayler Holder live to Backyard Social. More details to come.

June: Summer Is Here

June arrives and we’re going full throttle.

June 5th is Emo Night — and this one is a full experience. We’ve got DJ Peak Flow on the decks, Moonstone Riders on the stage, a tattoo artist starting at 8pm, and vendors bringing crystals and custom tees. Whether you’ve been waiting for this night your whole life or you’re just curious, you won’t regret showing up.

Then starting June 11th, Backyard Social becomes your official World Cup destination. We’re hosting every single game with sound outside on the big TV, and our Drink Around the World event runs June 11th through 13th. On June 12th, the USA takes on Paraguay at 9pm — and we will absolutely be ready for it.

Come as You Are

Whether you’re here for the live music, the community events, the holiday vibes, or just a good excuse to get outside — there’s a night on this calendar with your name on it. Follow us on social to stay up to date on tickets, vendors, and all the details as they drop.
